- Assess and monitor patients for risk of harm to self or others
- Intervene in behavioral crisis situations
- Participate in individualized care planning with the treatment team
- Provide patient education and facilitate activity groups
- Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and act as Charge Nurse when assigned
Requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably with one year in acute psychiatric care
