- Agile experience Description : *SummaryUX and Data Strategy Cognitive Linguist will be responsible for building and maintaining a classifier for a virtual assistant to be able to accurately identify end-user intent.
The linguist will be responsible for the automation of updating the classifier periodically throughout development lifecycles.
Day to day responsibilities :
- Design conversation flows and create strategies for the virtual assistant to scale
- Monitor conversations in the application to identify underperforming content and develop solutions to improve the performance
