Launch Psychological Associates is a small, women-owned psychotherapy practice
conveniently located in Wakefield, MA. We are a group of close-knit clinicians and
administrators looking to add a part-time Administrative Assistant to our growing practice.
Responsibilities include answering and returning phone calls, responding to email
requests, scheduling appointments, data entry, word processing, printing letters, faxing,
filing, ordering office supplies and maintaining our Wakefield office. Additionally, some
time will be spent on marketing support and social media outreach.

Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary and health care experience
is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and medical records
software a plus. Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential Information (HIPAA).
Hours are approximately 10-15 hours a week. Hours can be flexible, but emails and phone
messages must be checked daily, Monday through Friday. Pay is $20 per hour. This
position is hybrid and requires at least 1 day per week in office.
