Staff RN -Immediate Care

Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Topeka, Kansas.

Job Description & Requirements

Must have strong Neurosurgery experience

No first-time travelers

13-26 week contract

Schedule : Sat Sun Mon (Sat / Sun 0700 to 1930 mon 0630 to 1900)

Kansas RN license required

BLS certification required

ACLS certification required

On call schedule : could be up to : (2) 7-11s per month... (2) 7p-7as per month

Holiday call is 1 working 1 call a year - usually 8 hours each

Facility sees a lot of craniotomies and broken backs so the traveler must be confident handling emergency neurosurgery independently

RNs will be involved in a wide range of surgical cases, from routine to urgent and trauma procedures

Responsibilities will include both pre-operative and post-operative care
