We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing Manager I to join our Wealth Management team.

This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :

• Manage and lead a staff of professionals responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data contained in the Security Master File on the SEI / TRUST 3000 Trust Accounting application.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, controls and best practices to foster a strong risk mitigation environment and compliance to all department, enterprise, fiduciary and regulatory requirements.
• Manages the performance of teams and sets area priorities in line with those of the Service Delivery Operations Department.
• Responsible for providing superior service to both internal constituents and external clients.
• Responsible for management unit financial resources (budget, expenses, etc.)
• Participates in various projects such as asset conversions, product / solution development and software release testing.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following :

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of total work experience with 1-2 years of management experience preferred.
• Strong experience in an operational area and / or client service in a related financial services discipline preferred.
• Possess strong PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
