AMER Data Center Capacity Delivery (DCCD) is seeking an innovative and analytical Onboarding, Training & Development (OT&D) Program Manager will be responsible for shaping the onboarding, training, and career development of the AMER Construction Team.
The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; has program management and communication skills.
As the AMER Construction OT&D Program Manager, you will be responsible for creation and execution of an aggressive roadmap that will support all of AMER regions.
Successful candidates are collaborators who work closely with cross functional teams to effectively prioritize and deploy training programs based on customer and business need.
The role demands thought clarity, dynamic cross-functional partnership, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of our customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop curriculum to support onboarding of new employees, and development of tenured employees
- Manages relationship with stakeholders to understand training needs
- Conducts data analysis deep dive to measure training impact
- Works backwards demonstrates planning capability to execute on deliverables (manages stakeholders, and coordinates details).
- Writes narratives to communicate changes to training mental model

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
