Lead and manage a team of data scientists andanalysts in the development and execution of data scienceprojects
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams toidentify business needs and develop datadriven solutions atscale
Utilize predictive modelling natural languageprocessing (NLP) and other advanced analytical techniques to deriveinsights and solve complex problems
Should haveexperience of leading data science teams in healthcare domain todevelop machine learning models.
Should have priorhandson experience with cloud technologies such as Snowflake andDatabricks utilizing expertise to optimize data science workflowsand solutions
Good to have hands on experience on Pythonand SQL
Proactively engage with stakeholders andcollaborate with business units to identify valuable data sourcesand requirements for model development
Drive theendtoend delivery of data science solutions from problem definitionto deployment and monitoring
Ensure adherence to bestpractices in data science methodologies coding standards andproject management processes
Manage stakeholderexpectations and communicate project progress risks anddependencies effectively
Foster a culture of innovationcollaboration and knowledge sharing within the data science teamand across the organization
Stay abreast of industrytrends and advancements in data science techniques and technologiesand apply them to improve business outcomes
