Senior Consultant
An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within the Scheduling Management product / technology family.
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects.
Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, you will :
- Consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts.
- Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
- Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
- Mitigate solution risks and issues.
- Execute workflow and process improvement strategies.
- Lead client meetings and events.
- Drive internal team initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including :
- At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and / or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience.
- At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and / or completed higher education.
Willing to travel up to 100% as needed and work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
