Travel Nurse (RN) - Case Management (Case Manager) - Bronx, New York
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Case Management
Shift : Days / 8a-4 : 30p, 7.5x5, 37.5hrs / week
Length : 13 Weeks
Weekend Requirements : Occasionally (rare- with manager approval). Caseload on weekends is different. May be asked to cover multiple units if covering a weekend or a holiday.

Expected to have knowledge of discharge planning and making referrals. Will typically be working on a MS or Tele unit and will split the floor with a Social Worker.
