Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for :
- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Participate in project meetings, taking notes and tracking action items.
- Support the procurement process, including the review and approval of submittals and RFIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes on-site.

The Successful Applicant
The right Assistant Project Manager will have :
- 0-2 years of construction management experience
- Preferably expereince in Higher Education / Institutional, Lab / Lifescience, and Healthcare sectors.
- Preferably experience working at a Mechanical or Engineering firm.
- Eagerness to learn and grow
