Position : Community Support Professionals (Active Requirement)
As a Community Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to provide valuable education and support to individuals who are living independently in the community.
This includes hands-on teaching both at their homes and in various community settings. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of essential life skills, including but not limited to cooking classes, personal care assistance, household tasks, and budgeting guidance.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in facilitating connections with community-based resources to expand opportunities for greater independence.
Position : Direct Support Professional - Residential and Respite
In this rewarding role as a Direct Support Professional, you will play a pivotal role in helping the individuals we support achieve a fulfilling and meaningful life.
By assisting them with their daily routines, you will actively contribute to their overall well-being and quality of life.
Building meaningful connections and fostering companionship will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your interactions will be characterized by patience, compassion, and empathy as you engage with and support each individual in their unique journey.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist our house guests in organizing their daily activities, ensuring they have a joyful and enjoyable experience.
Light housekeeping, cooking, skill-building, and medication administration are among the additional duties integral to this role.

Qualified candidates should have experience in this field, a high school diploma or GED, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a criminal background check.
Important Note : Even part-time positions have the potential for full-time hours, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work additional hours if desired.
We currently have available hours in the Mechanicsburg and Harrisburg areas, providing you with geographical options to choose from.
