We are working on a search for a growth stage FinTech Company. They are very engineering driven and looking for a Head of SaaS Operations to lead and oversee all operational facets of operations including DevOps, infrastructure, data, storage, and network management.
This position will report directly to the CTO.

- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing DevOps, Infrastructure, and / or DBA teams.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS product operations, containerization, CI / CD tools, and infrastructure as code practices.
- OpenStack platforms.
- Orchestration and Automation : Proficiency in Kubernetes, Rancher, and ArgoCD for container orchestration, along with Chef and Terraform for infrastructure as code and automation.
- Security and Compliance : Experience with security and compliance scanning, ensuring adherence to standards such as PCI and SOC.
- Proficient in database administration and optimization, with hands-on experience in major RDBMS databases.
- Network and Data Center Management : Familiarity with managing VMs, firewalls, and multi-hub data centers to ensure optimal network performance and resilience.
