- local travelers will not be considered- Awareness of submission is required before application- Mandatory inclusion of two references, a resume, and a completed skills checklist / competency assessment - Disclose any time-off requests with the initial submission;
no requests approved after acceptance- Potential shifts may start at 0645 or 0900, with 4-10 hour shifts- On-call requirements include 4 weekday calls in 6 weeks and weekend calls for three 12-hour shifts, starting at 0630 or 1830- Expected to work holidays, weekends, and potentially float within 20 miles of the primary location- Orientation includes up to 40 hours, involving EPIC training- Facility-provided scrubs required- Holiday time-off is not approved for travelers- Must not have been an employee of the healthcare system in the past 12 months- Adhere to state tax requirements, accurate information essential to avoid onboarding issues
