Job Description
Top 3 Technical Skills Required :
- Document Control : Route key documents into a document control system and assist in maintaining the project design history file.
- Quality Compliance : Follow standard operating procedures with a strong understanding of the criticality of quality compliance.
- Advanced Administrative Support : Perform complex or technically advanced administrative and clerical duties with a high degree of initiative.
Education & Experience Requirements :
- Education : High School Diploma required.
- Experience : Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support to new and current medical device product development projects and teams.
- Route key documents into a document control system and assist in maintaining the project design history file.
- Apply knowledge of company operations to assist in developing, implementing, and administering program / system guidelines and procedures.
- Gather and compile information for reports.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a strong focus on quality compliance.
- Provide technical support, including program / system training, documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking, and coding.
