We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in home-based settings within the Wilmette, IL area. All services are billed under Medicare Part B .
Candidates must be available for at least 12 hours per week , with 3 weekdays of consistent availability . We are offering PRN, part-time, and full-time opportunities.
The PT hired will primarily serve the geriatric population .
Position Overview :
A growing organization in Illinois is expanding its caseload and is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Wilmette, IL area.
The PT will deliver community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) in patients' homes. The position offers flexible scheduling with options for part-time (minimum 12 hours per week) or full-time work.
As part of a multidisciplinary therapy team , the PT will treat a well-balanced patient mix in the homes of older adults.

Work Schedule :

Compensation and Benefits :

Job Requirements :
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent)
- Eligible for Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Availability of at least 12 hours per week with 3 weekdays of consistent availability
- New graduates are welcome to applymentorship and support will be provided
- For PRN / Per Diem candidates, prior experience in 1-on-1 patient care is required
