Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Coordinator , where you'll play a critical role in creating and optimizing our warehouse operations;

ensuring the smooth flow of tools, supplies, materials, and equipment. We're looking for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about logistics and efficiency.

What you'll do :

  • Lead Operations : Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of equipment and materials, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Process Implementation : Develop and implement effective processes to enhance warehouse operations, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance : Examine incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition against packing lists, and proactively address any discrepancies.
  • Logistics Management : Utilize equipment (including forklifts) to safely move, stack, and unload materials, supporting seamless operations across various locations.
  • Inventory Organization : Prepare and arrange materials for job pull lists, maintaining optimal organization and accessibility.
  • Customer Focus : Deliver supplies to customers and job sites, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Facility Oversight : Manage general building maintenance, coordinating with contractors to ensure a safe and functional workspace.
  • Safety Champion : Uphold and promote a culture of safety, adhering to regulations and fostering a safe working environment for all.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required skills, knowledge, and experience :

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience : 3+ years in warehouse operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in using warehouse management or ERP systems to track inventory and streamline operations.

Familiarity with low-voltage and HVAC equipment is highly desirable.

  • Process Improvement : Demonstrated ability to identify areas for improvement and implement inventory management principles and best practices.
  • Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability : Flexible and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, embracing challenges head-on.
  • Team Player : A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, promoting safety practices, and ready to contribute wherever needed.
  • Forklift Proficiency : Skilled in operating forklifts and other necessary equipment within a warehouse setting.

Physical Demands :

Ability to work in a variety of circumstances, including but not limited to standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high-lift equipment;

working in ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, above ceilings, and in outside / inside / heat / cold / day / night conditions.

  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • May be required to satisfy requirements imposed by specific projects, customers, or company needs.
  • Must be able to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet.
  • Must be able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for employer-based sponsorship currently or in the future.

Pre-hire requirements include a drug test, a driving report, evidence of insurability and a background check.
