We provide courteous, reliable, and safe transportation services throughout the New York City area. We actively seeking drivers for both Staten Island and Bronx Locations.

- Industry leading pay, starting at 23.50 / hr (top pay of $41.03 / hr. After 7 years in industry, reach top pay!

- Opportunity to earn additional pay with extra work during school year and summer!
- Refer DOE Certified Drivers to Pioneer and receive $1000 for every driver that is referred!
Responsibilities
- Transport students to and from schools (and other locations) in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
- Maintain a sanitary, safe and professional environment within the bus (bus operators are provided with matrons / school bus attendants pending route)
- Perform daily pre-trip inspection and checks for sleeping children on the vehicle (you are likely to receive the same vehicle daily)
- Maintain healthy relationships with dispatchers to communicate conduct, emergencies, or any matters which require supervisory attention
Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- New York State issued commercial driver's license - Contact us to discuss your options if you need a commercial driver's license
- For out of state licensees, transfer license to New York State license. Afterwards, please provide an abstract from the previous state
- Required to pass a DOT physical
- Required to pass drug screening
- Required to pass criminal background check
- Veterans Encouraged to Apply!
- Applicants are eligible to carry over any industry tenure for the purposes of computing pay rate and benefits
