Our entertainment client is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analysts

• 100% Remote - MUST work PACIFIC hours (Please, no EST candidates)

The Sr BA needs to have strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA analyst, and other tech teams.

This person will be creating technical specifications to be implemented by developers.

Must have experience defining requirements and creating functional designs for very complex line-of-business applications .

This is a very hands-on role. The role includes production support, agile scrum master duties, and requirements / design for new application functionality.

This is a very fast-paced environment. The role requires ownership of projects to ensure proposed solutions satisfy stakeholder requirements.

This role is also responsible for ensuring the technology team understands all expectations and verifying what is delivered satisfies all expectations.

Integration experience is a big focus , please provide details on what type of system integrations you were involved in

System Integration or Implementation experience - a must

Salesforce administration experience is a must.

• Understanding technical data architecture, data modeling - a lot of the architecture is already there but they will be refining it and everchanging requirement will be the mantra of the project
• Experience with data mapping, SQL querying, system integrations,
• Industry experience in entertainment, streaming, media, will be a huge plus
• Some knowledge of Salesforce, AWS stack but not deal breakers
• Understanding and creating business solutions using technology
• Coordination and communication with business stakeholders
• Coordinate and communication with other technology teams on system integration
• Agile Scrum experience - Not a Scrum Master role
• Facilitation / Scrum Master skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Solution alternative analysis
• Troubleshooting issues
• Analysis of inbound and outbound system integrations
• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering thorough and accurate solutions

• Coordinating tasks across developers, analysts, QA, and other technology teams

• Capturing development estimates and building roadmaps / plans

Compensation :

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $65.00 / hr - USD $75.00 / hr and is an Exempt role.

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location
