Benefits :L.A. Injury Attorneys is a dynamic personal injury Burbank-based law firm seeking a qualified Intake Specialist for immediate consideration, to screen incoming calls for potential cases and turn those leads into clients for the firm.
The successful candidate will have sales experience and knowledge of personal injury cases to successfully assess and determine the viability of inbound phone calls during client intake screening process.
In doing so, candidate will conduct preliminary investigation of the facts of the case and obtain evidence from potential clients at the time of the initial interview, including photos of injuries, relevant documents, etc.
Qualifications
Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Excellent customer service skills
Minimum 2 years prior experience in sales
Personable and able communicate effectively with potential clients
Experience working in personal injury is preferred
The successful candidate should be outgoing, creative, intelligent, polished, polite, able to multitask, and able to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive attitude and a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor.
Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime, if necessary.
Requirements : Candidate should possess a valid driver's license, have their own transportation, and be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF, with a typing speed of at least 65 wpm. Excellent organizational skills and time management a must.
Ability to multi-task and work in a busy and fast-paced environment is necessary. We are looking for candidates that have excellent oral and written communication skills, are team players with a service attitude, and have a superior ability to maintain effective relationships with attorneys, staff and the general public.
