Waltonen Engineering is actively seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team! Responsibilities Build, grow, and leverage a non-automotive client base (Aerospace, Defense, Energy industries, etc.
Expand sales through direct interaction with customer contacts Prepare and present responses to RFPs, RFIs, and unsolicited proposals Develop and implement strategic account and market segment plans to achieve company revenue goals Maintain and develop client relationships Prepare for and attend sales review meetings, deliver professional sales presentations, and other duties as assigned Attend trade shows as appropriate Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience Experience in Aerospace or Defense Tooling preferred Superior sales ability, management skills, and leadership qualities Excellent verbal and written skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Financial, business planning, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with little direct supervision Expertise in Microsoft suite, CRM, and social media tools A willingness to travel as necessary Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Vacation and Holiday pay Employer matching 401K Hybrid work schedule after 90 days for eligible positions Tuition Reimbursement Flexible Spending Programs (FSAs) Short-Term & Long-Term Disability insurance Employee Referral Program Additional Voluntary Benefit Programs Off-site company events & Employee Luncheons Who are we?
