McAbee Veterinary Hospital is a small animal practice with a growing team located in beautiful Winter Park, FL. We have been trusted for over 60 years to offer high quality and progressive medical, dental, and surgical care to a devoted community following.
Our experienced team of collaborative doctors and skilled support staff make the hospital an outstanding place to practice excellent medicine and for mentorship of newer veterinarians.
We are growing and seeking to add an Associate Veterinarian to our team!
Our Staff : We are team oriented with a focus on collaboration with frequent open discussions and communication regarding patient care and cases.
Our highly skilled staff are seasoned and knowledgeable, including trained surgical and dental technicians. Our dedicated technical team ensure individualized attention to our patients and clients.
Schedule and culture : Flexibility and a balanced schedule are important to us! We offer prompt care scheduling daily, so the pressure is off, and you are able to focus on your scheduled cases.

- 7 exam rooms that include hydraulic scale lift tables
- Double Surgical suite with surgical laser and Electrocautery
- Soft tissue and Orthopedic surgeries
- Endoscopy
- Advanced dentistry equipment including digital dental radiology
- Digital radiology suite
- Ultrasound Machine

Winter Park’s chain of lakes offers boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. East Coast beaches are less than hour drive.
