A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist to deliver high-quality patient experiences through call resolution and access functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient access functions, including scheduling, pre-registration, and registrationProvide excellent customer service and answer patient inquiriesRoute calls to designated staff to maintain efficient operational workflowRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationHigh school diploma or GED required;

associate's degree in a related field preferred1-2 years of clerical, customer service, or medical experience, preferably in healthcareExperience in a call center or high-volume patient contact by phone preferredEpic certification and HFMA certification are preferredKnowledge of Arizona Medicaid, Medicare, and other government programs is required
