As a Solution Engineer III in Capital Group's Client Experience Team (CXT), you will have the opportunity to engage with the entire content ecosystem.

We're looking for individuals with a nimble mindset, who will play the role of end-to-end solution owner starting with collaborating with our business partners, leading the design, implementation & solution delivery, using best of breed technologies.

• You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• You have at least 5 years of software engineering experience.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust communication approach & style to accommodate a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
• You have software engineering experience as a full stack developerwithbackend development using Java, Python, andfront-end development using React / Typescript, HTML / CSSin AWS cloudenvironment.
• You have experience with programming frameworks such as Spring, React.
• You have experience in Git or Bitbucket repositories .
• You have extensive experience with SQL databases , Aurora Postgres preferred.
• You have experience in application design including both database and application code
• You have experience enabling various AWS services using infrastructure as a code (IaC) withTerraform and Python.
• You're thoughtful in your approach to software engineering practices. You enable a future-ready, high-quality, and responsive code base.
• Your agile mindset and passion for designing product user experiences enables rapid business growth.
• You have the business acumen and analytical abilities to understand & translate business objectives into clearly defined requirements and functional specifications.
• You have some experience and knowledge of Generative models and Natural Language Processing and are involved in learning models that can generate new content based on raw data.
• You have knowledge of asset management and wealth management.

Southern California Base Salary Range : $116,974-$187,158

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
