Revitpay is a boutique payment processor headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. We provide credit card, and ACH payment products for our clients in the US and Europe.
Were looking for a full-time Account Manager who is a self-starter, organized and is a fast learner to join our team. Our company is growing quickly and there are many opportunities to advance and grow.
Job Description
Work with the merchants and agents to onboard merchant account applications, answer any questions, troubleshoot, and escalate matters to the appropriate department.
Follow up with clientele and internal team to get deals approved, implemented and live.
Review merchants websites to make sure they are fundamentally compliant with banking guidelines.
Acquire a strong understanding of our clients needs and what products and service could help them while generating revenue for our company.
Sell clients on using services they are not currently using upselling them.
Qualifications
A degree from a 4-year college or university.
2 5 years of relevant experience.
Must be organized, be able to work in a high pressure environment, and communicate clearly and professionally
Compensation
$45,000 - $60,000
