Job Summary : We are looking for a Principal Test Systems Engineer to join our team in McKinney, Texas. As the Integrated Product Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of test system engineers to deliver Advanced Technology Sensors' products and services.
Responsibilities :
- Support program management planning and execution
- Monitor metrics, budgets, and schedules
- Manage deliverables in alignment with test system requirements
- Communicate staffing needs and meet development timelines
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders
- Incorporate test automation to increase productivity
- Provide leadership and guidance to the integrated product team
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM field
- Minimum eight years of relevant experience
- Experience as an IPTL or PM
- Knowledge of program management tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certifications in EVMS or Program Management
- Strong communication skills
- Strategic planning experience
- Team management and mentoring experience
- Knowledge of RF technology

Additional Information : This role is onsite in Texas and requires a security clearance. The salary range is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD.
