QualDerm Partners is growing! We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Odessa, Texas.

At QualDerm, we provide a team oriented, family like culture that allows you to focus on taking care of your patients.

This practice offers patients the full spectrum of Dermatology - General, Medical, Surgical, including Mohs surgery, and Cosmetics.

We are seeking a PA / NP that has dermatology experience, but open to training if you have experience in another specialty.

The candidate must be comfortable in all areas of medical dermatology, and there is an opportunity to perform cosmetics.

Our practice maintains a patient-centered and provider-centric approach, through electronic medical records, stellar customer service both to our patients and our providers, and a highly-efficient support staff.

This is an opportunity to step into a well-established patient base in a full clinic and work alongside an experienced Mohs surgeon and physician assistant.

Providing high quality patient care is the practice’s mission and the incoming provider will enjoy clinical autonomy, as well as a four day per week flexible schedule for a healthy work life balance.

The practice is in a modern space with over 10,000 square feet and has a separate suite for aesthetic patients. The practice offers patients many choices for skin cancer care and aesthetic procedures, including SRT, multiple lasers, RF microneedling, and injectables.

Requirements :

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing appropriate for certification as a Nurse Practitioner, or an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Texas State licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider
• Strong commitment to quality and safety of patients
