Facilities Coordinator (Temporary)

This is a temporary role working 25 hours per week ending 12 / 31 / 2025.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Assist with organizing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist with general office maintenance
• Restock kitchen and restroom areas
• Organizing and filling copy centers
• Assist with meetings and events as needed
• Office mail delivery coordination
• Additional administrative tasks as needed
