We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brunswick, Ohio. You will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.

This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity within a dynamic and interactive environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound call interactions with customers, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Efficiently process customer orders and provide accurate pricing / quotes.
  • Conduct data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and order information.
  • Manage email correspondence with customers promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-ups as necessary.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to organize and manage customer data.
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Cross-train with other team members to ensure continuity of service.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.
  • Maintain a business casual demeanor and contribute positively to the open floor plan work environment.
  • Exceptional ability to answer inbound calls in a professional manner
  • Prior experience in a call center, providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service
  • Proficiency in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle email correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Experience in order entry and processing
  • Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints professionally
  • High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customer queries or complaints
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with customer information.
