We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brunswick, Ohio. You will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity within a dynamic and interactive environment.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound call interactions with customers, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Efficiently process customer orders and provide accurate pricing / quotes.
- Conduct data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and order information.
- Manage email correspondence with customers promptly and professionally.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-ups as necessary.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to organize and manage customer data.
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Cross-train with other team members to ensure continuity of service.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.
- Maintain a business casual demeanor and contribute positively to the open floor plan work environment.
- Exceptional ability to answer inbound calls in a professional manner
- Prior experience in a call center, providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service
- Proficiency in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle email correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Experience with both inbound and outbound calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience in order entry and processing
- Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints professionally
- High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customer queries or complaints
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with customer information.
