Job Title : Analyst (Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and TCP Timeclocks)
Location : Atlanta, GA 30303 (Hybrid)
Duration : 6+ Months Contract (Possible Extension) Description :
Analyzes and evaluates business requirements, consults with personnel from various departments and identifies areas for the development of technical solutions to automate and / or improve business processes.
Provides recommendations on new or enhanced systems, software, upgrades, and modifications.
This is a fully seasoned professional level capable of independently carrying out most assignments typical of the profession.
This level would be attainable by multiple incumbents in a work group (not necessarily by all) but would not be an "automatic" promotional level.
Supervision Received
Works under very general supervision. Depending on organization structure, may work independently with responsibility for an assigned function or program.

Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Typical projects assigned might include issues affecting multiple systems or departments, software selection, or significant changes in processes.
Configures system settings and options.
Plans and executes business unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
Creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
Designs details of automated systems.
May provide consultation to users regarding automated systems. Qualifications - External :
Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science (equivalent professional experience may be
considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception basis)
5 years of specific ERP work experience preferable Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and
TCP Timeclocks.
