As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in delivering individualized behavioral support services to students, fostering their growth and success within an educational setting.

Full-time, Monday-Friday

Job Description and Responsibilities :

In this role, you will :

Deliver Personalized Support :

Provide one-on-one behavioral support services to students, ensuring tailored attention and assistance.

Implement Behavior Plans :

Execute behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), implementing effective strategies to support student progress.

Collaborate Effectively :

Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness in interventions, fostering a supportive environment for students.

Maintain Detailed Records :

Keep thorough documentation of student progress and behavioral data, enabling informed decision-making and ongoing evaluation of intervention outcomes.

Requirements :

To excel in this role, candidates should possess :

RBT Certification :

Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required, along with a background in BACB accredited RBT training.

Experience and Skills :

  • Prior experience working with children with special needs is advantageous, especially in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social Emotional classrooms.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
