A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator (Native-like English Speaker) for Evenings & Weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve guest queries with speed, empathy, and professionalism to ensure a world-class experience
Coordinate operational teams by planning and optimizing daily task schedules based on client needs
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer service, operations coordination, back-office support, or project management
Experience in route planning or task scheduling is a strong plus
Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
Comfortable using digital tools and systems (CRM, task management software, etc.)
Flexibility to work on weekends as needed based on business priorities
