Responsibilities :

• Understand the financial concerns and needs of clients in Lubbock, TX, US.
• Educate clients on financial planning for future life events and circumstances.
• Promote customized strategies to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.
• Build relationships with clients and provide guidance when unfortunate life circumstances arise.
• Establish professional networks and prospect for new clients to build an insurance and financial practice.
• Focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients to build trust and continuity of relationships.

Qualifications :

• Preferred but not required : Sales experience.
• Must have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
