Position : Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN)

Location : Old Mills Rehabilitation, Omaha, Nebraska

Salary Range : $36 - $41 per hour

Experience Required : Minimum of three (2-3) years of RN experience

Sponsorship : Open to sponsorship for EB-3 Schedule A

Position Overview : We are seeking two dedicated and experienced Night Shift Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. As an RN at Old Mills Rehabilitation, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients during the night shift.

You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and assess patient health status and provide necessary interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications :

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
• Minimum of three (3) years of RN experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
