Responsibilities :

  • Respond to losses and assessing damage due to fire, water, mold.
  • Provide extraordinary service and unparalleled communication
  • Performing selective demolition
  • Set, monitor, and move equipment needed for water extraction and drying of premises including reading and recording of data
  • Respond to job sites as directed and perform all tasks in accordance with company and industry certified standards.
  • Maintain and create accurate and detailed measurements, diagrams, photos, updates and other documentation, as required for each job, including data entry into CELTIC’S data tracking systems
  • Maintain a neat and orderly worksite and obey all safety rules and regulations in order to prevent work hazards
  • Maintain work truck in a clean and organized fashion; ensuring it is stocked with the equipment and supplies necessary to perform all work required at designated job sites
  • Assist other departments and technicians as needed

Requirements :

  • Valid driver's license and social security card
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow directions and work as a team member in a safety-first work environment
  • Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to :
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to use basic hand tools, such as a screwdriver, wrench, hammer crowbar, and power tools
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagrammatic form
  • Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law
