We offer a supportive, medically directed program with a team-oriented approach, including 8 Anesthesiologists and 20 CRNAs. Schedule : Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, with the possibility of extended hours for add-on cases. You'll have a 1 : 5 call rotation with post-call days off to ensure work-life balance and rest. Diverse Case Mix : Work in a wide range of specialties, including general surgery , orthopedics , thoracic , vascular , urology , OB / maternity , ophthalmology , and ENT . There are no heads, hearts, or spines in your caseload, providing an excellent variety while maintaining a manageable scope of practice. Exceptional Compensation : Base Salary : $ 552k , with the potential for additional compensation based on experience.
