Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

You will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, including Instagram and LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and tracking metrics.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and events to ensure social media strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation across various platforms.
  • Use social media to engage with customers and build brand loyalty.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging visual content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed.
  • Experience in social media advertising, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for social media and digital marketing.
