REGISTERED NURSE LACTATION CONSULTANT PER DIEM DAYS
POSITION SUMMARY
A certified Lactation consultant and Registered Nurse with 1-2 years' experience in breastfeeding counseling. Able to plan and deliver care to the breastfeeding mother / child / dad.
Perform skills required with only a minimal amount of supervision and can demonstrate leadership qualities. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education / Licensure / Certifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse, State of Florida
- Certified by the International Board of Lactation
- Successful completion of GSMC medication test
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- Successful completion of Basic EKG course within 6 months of employment
Minimum Experience :
1-2 years of experience as Lactation Consultant
