What's your day like?

As a new Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at The Gardens at Quail Springs, you'll start your day by assisting residents with their daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

You'll work closely with the nursing staff to ensure that each resident receives personalized care with empathy and patience.

Throughout your shift, you'll document vital signs, changes in condition, and care provided to residents. You'll also help with meal times, ensuring that residents are well-nourished and comfortable.

Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be crucial as you provide support to residents and their families.

As you complete 12 hours of continuing education provided through our community in-services, you'll stay up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge.

Your fluency in English and ability to interpret essential documents will ensure seamless communication and adherence to safety protocols.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• 6-12 mos. experience in the Healthcare industry preferred.
• Must show CNA certification if required per state.
• Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred.
• Must complete 12 hours of continuing education - provided through community in-services.
• Must be fluent in English and have the ability to read and interpret documents such as resident care plan
