As a Modern Workplace Solution Architect - Transformation Services, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive digital transformation, particularly around employee experience for our clients.
Your expertise will be instrumental in leveraging Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies to create efficient, engaging, and future-ready workplace environments.
You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, develop comprehensive solutions, and guide them through their digital transformation journey.
Responsibilities :
Design and architect transformative workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 and other Modern Workplace technologies such as Power Platform, Viva and Copilot Studio
Create and configure SharePoint Intranets and develop robust Information Architecture
Implement and customize Viva Connections and Viva Engage to enhance employee experience
Ensure technical and data readiness for Copilot for M365 implementations
Utilize PowerShell for various administrative, reporting, and configuration tasks across the M365 environment
Leverage Microsoft Graph for extensibility, search, and data integration scenarios
Create custom copilot solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Develop declarative copilots using the Teams Toolkit
Implement Purview solutions for information protection and governance
Develop custom apps for Microsoft Teams using the Teams App Dev Toolkit
Drive opportunities through the sales cycle, from initial client engagement to solution delivery
Develop detailed technical proposals, cost estimates, and Statements of Work
Collaborate with delivery and project management teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Stay current with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices in workplace transformation
Engage with C-level executives to present solutions and address technical inquiries
Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies within the organization
Provide thought leadership and drive innovation in transformational workplace solutions
Requirements :
BS / BA in IT, Data Science, related major or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience designing and architecting innovative solutions for clients Microsoft 365 and other Modern Workplace technologies such as Power Platform, Viva and Copilot Studio
Experience implementing end-to-end projects with an expertise in Microsoft 365 and other Modern Workplace technologies
Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies
Proven experience in SharePoint Intranet design, configuration, and Information Architecture
Strong knowledge of Viva Connections and Viva Engage implementation and customization
Experience with Copilot for M365 data readiness assessments and implementations
Advanced proficiency in PowerShell for M365 administration, reporting, and configuration management
Expertise in Microsoft Graph API for extensibility, search, and complex data integration scenarios
Proficiency in Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate for creating custom solutions
Experience with declarative Copilot development using the Teams Toolkit
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams App Development
Experience with Microsoft Purview for information protection and governance
Experience with change management and user adoption strategies in digital transformation projects
Experience with Microsoft Loop and Fluid Framework
Experience presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to drive solutions through complex sales cycles
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft 365 Certifications, such as, Enterprise Administrator, Teams Administrator, or Systems Engineer
Other Microsoft Certifications related to the Power Platform, SharePoint, or Information Protection, etc.
Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles for intranet and collaboration solutions
Knowledge or Certification of Luma Design Thinking Methodologies
Familiarity with Microsoft Viva suite beyond Connections and Engage (e.g., Insights, Learning, Goals)
