• Required Certifications : BLS, State licensed
• Required Skills : Anticoagulants, Clinical dosing, Pediatric dosing, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Renal dosing, Therapeutic med monitoring, Warfarin Dosing

Job Details :

• Pay : $2557.77 / week - $2715.09 / week
• Assignment Length : 13-week assignment
• Shift : 3, 12-Hour 11 : 30 - 22 : 00
• At least one year of experience required
