Job Title : Pharmacist
Job Description
The Pharmacist is responsible for reviewing prescriptions, organizing the pharmacy, delivering and labeling medications, and providing information and advice to patients.
They ensure safe medication use, monitor patient history, and stay updated on advancements in medicine. The role also includes maintaining and updating the EHR system with patient information and history.
The Pharmacist works alongside the physician to ensure patients receive the correct dosage and medications for their treatments, and is required to maintain a clean, stocked, and organized work area.
