Position Summary : Responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain product displays in compliance with company standards
• Maintain appropriate product levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts including shelf allocation and cold equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized back-room and manage trade breakage in assigned accounts
• Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow up
• Build effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction
• Maintains professional, team relationship with co-workers and customers.
• Transport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for account.
• Maintain Merchandising standards while rotating products each time in designated accounts
• Follow the 2(+) week training schedule established for merchandising team with new hires
• Help determine stores product needs and support maintenance of inventory levels, will place and transmit appropriate orders
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representative to pursue
• Cover routes and provide sales and / or merchandising services as assigned
• Train all merchandisers on best practices and help them grow
• Point of contact for merchandisers while in the trade in the absence of a Merchandising Supervisor
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Education / Experience :

• High-School Diploma / GED
• 2-4 years of general work experience.
• Valid drivers license, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines

Work Environment : Depends upon the customer the employee is serving. May have to climb stairs and work in back rooms. Employee is subject to outside elements and may have to work in heat, cold, rain and snow.
