- Experience in a 600+ bed academic hospital
- Passing competency testing score (1 year experience) or 2 years of experience without testing
Job Description :
- Competency test required within 48 hours of submission
- Candidate must respond to the test promptly as it's sent to their provided email address
- Will be required to work in a specific oncology unit, with no current requirement to float to other units
- Ensures proficiency and efficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system
General Job Duties :
- Deliver high-quality patient care in an oncology setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement patient care plans
- Document patient information and updates accurately in the EMR
- Assist with the development and implementation of nursing care plans
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
