  • Qualifications :

    • To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem solving
    • This role requires skills such as organization, detail orientation, a positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine desire to take care of others
    • Refined verbal and written communication skills
    • Adaptable with new technology
    • 3+ years' experience in management within food service
    • 3+ years experience in marketing and sales
    • Strong time management skills and proven demonstration of grace under pressure
    • Experience in taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment

    Responsibilities :

    • As an Assistant Director, you will have the opportunity to sell and create memorable experiences for our guests through both the FOH and BOH.
    • Interview candidates that will help build a great team
    • Leads and influences staff through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximum productivity
    • This is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests visit and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!
    • Open availability required. Schedule to include early mornings, late nights, and weekends
