Job Description :
- The Analyst, RGM is responsible for supporting the Mass / Club / Dollar / Discount / Ecomm sales teams with pricing and trade optimization.
- The individual is passionate about delivering insights, has data and mathematical acumen, and ideally possesses an understanding of CPG business drivers.
- The team member is a results-oriented individual who can execute a long-term strategy while simultaneously supporting ad-hoc requests.
- The team member will be responsible delivering data-driven insights to the business, collaborates with and listens carefully to business partners, and can incorporate business knowledge into deriving an optimized proposition.
- This individual is data curious, financially rigorous, and business savvy.
- The individual isn’t afraid to ask great questions or put forward novel ideas as they seek to improve business performance.
Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Analytics, Economics, Business, or another related field)
- 0 to 2 years of work experience
- CPG experience preferred
- Experience with data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with Sales data (internal and syndicated) and Trade data preferred
- Detail oriented and inquisitive individual who enjoys data and working on a team
- Strong storytelling and communication skills (written and verbal)
- An understanding of retailer and manufacturer financials is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel as needed
