DutiesInclude :
- Handle all supervisoryduties for the unit
- Establish employeepolicies and procedures
- Mentor lessexperienced nurses offering clinical & career advice
- Establish the standards of care for the unit
- Review Resident records & quality of care
- Monitor overall care & review individual Residentcases
- Address questions or complaints broughtforward by Residents or their families
- Ensurethe department is wellstocked with medical supplies
- Represent the units interests with the upperlevelmanagement
Requirements :
- Minimum 3yrs. LongTerm Care experience
- Minimum 1yr. Unit Manager experience
- Must hold valid RN License
- Basiccomputer skills
- Strong communicationskills
