Requirements for Position As the Transportation Manager, your primary responsibilities will include the following :
Successfully grow DRMP's North Carolina Transportation market sector including business development and client negotiations.
Identify, assemble, and organize multi-disciplined, transportation-focused teams to successfully achieve established goals for successful partnerships, pursuits, projects, and outcomes.
Maintain healthy client relationships and possess operational experience for driving projects and executing deliverables.
Research the respective Transportation market sector, develop client relationships and identify business opportunities across North Carolina.
Evaluate and communicate the operational and business opportunities for growth decisions.
Effectively communicate the corporate goals, philosophy, and culture.
Assist Division Manager in developing near and long-term goals for revenue and profit growth and provide input for corporate decisions.
Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
Assist the Division Manager in the planning and execution of daily operations.
Requirements for position :
Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.
Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning.
Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.
At least fifteen (15) years of experience in the assigned discipline.
Valid drivers license with approved / acceptable driving history required.
