- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- A passion for natural hair (curly,coily, kinky hair)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand management, preferably in beauty, hair care, or skincare industries, with proven success and strong analytical skills
- Experience working with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors
- Proven experience developing successful brand strategies and campaigns
- Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, particularly in natural and textured hair care
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms, including social media and content management tools
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent English skills, with prior experience in North American markets

- ResponsibilitiesThe Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms, and strategizing to drive brand growth
- This individual will collaborate with other team members to maintain the brand's identity, while continuously innovating to engage new and existing audiences
- Develop and execute a long-term brand strategy to enhance Gorgeously Beautiful’s presence in the beauty industry and strengthen its identity
- Shape the strategic and execution vision for Marketing and Brand communications across key markets
- Lead the ideation, development, and execution of brand campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, web, PR, etc.)
- to drive awareness, engagement, and sales
- Develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and materials to increase brand visibility
- Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all customer touchpoints, including digital, and social media platforms
- Collaborate with stylists, educators, influencers and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between education, marketing, and brand strategy
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of beauty trends, identify consumer insights, and assess competitive positioning
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement
- Gather consumer and market insights by analyzing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing, and distribution to drive innovation planning
- Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns
- Ensure all constituents fully understand the brand’s long- and short-term innovation goals
- Work closely with the digital marketing assistant to align branding with online content, track KPIs, and adjust strategies for better performance
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and collaborators to increase brand visibility
- Develop cross-functional partnerships with stylists, educators, and influencers to ensure strategic alignment
- Brand Metrics & Reporting :
- Track and report on key brand metrics such as awareness, engagement, market share, and return on investment (ROI) for campaigns
- Support and lead reporting of marketing initiatives to determine the most efficient awareness and usage drivers, optimizing across channels
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance and share insights with the team
- Handle brand reputation management and mitigate PR crises by providing proactive solutions and communication strategies
