Blue Water Linen 4 years young and business is thriving, as people return to travel. We have the latest in automation and technology in the United States, and are looking for a customer-oriented Accounting / Office Manager.
Essential Functions : We are looking for an Accounting / Office Manager to undertake all in-house accounting, time clock and office duties.
You will be responsible for the first impression made to any external quests. This position should be able to handle complaints and give accurate information.
A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises while also tracking company revenue, purchasing, expenses some light payroll HR duties.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain accounting details integrating QuickBooks and onsite Linen Master system to process fees, invoices, revenue and audit accounts.
- Monitor / Track revenue / expenses, print and maintain reports for management as needed· Get approval on and enter all invoices, provide management with weekly payable report· Scan and process / post deposits· Adhere to strict schedule with accounting duties to meet end of month deadline· Coordinate with drivers on filing route receipts for gas cards and reconcile for payment submittal· Verify common area is organized to greet and welcome guests, coordinate guest tours as needed.
- Answer questions and address complaints via phone or email in a timely fashion or refer these inquiries to the appropriate Manager.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.· Receive mail, packages etc. and distribute them as needed.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.· Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep updated records and files.· Other duties as assigned by Management on Property.

- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Proficient in Excel and creating spreadsheets
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in customer service and / or administrative positions.
- Experience and knowledge with computers, programs, and other office equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving.
