We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Resident Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the success of a luxury community as we embark on a new chapter of growth.

Position Overview :

As Resident Representative, you will be responsible for presenting and leasing the property's apartments to prospective residents, delivering the Exceptional Living Experience, and assisting in meeting the leasing goals of the property.

You will be the face of the community, ensuring all prospects and residents receive an extraordinary experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents in person, over the phone, and through email
• Provide detailed information about apartment units, amenities, and community benefits
• Respond promptly to all inquiries and schedule tours of the property
• Guide potential tenants through the leasing process, including applications, verifications, and lease execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents
• Assist in market surveys and keep up-to-date on current leasing trends and competitors
• Manage and update property management software with accurate information
• Conduct inspections of units and the property to ensure they meet company standards
• Assist in planning and executing resident events and community activities
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Contribute to achieving property occupancy and financial goals

Qualifications :

• Previous lease-up experience or in a similar sales or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Professional, polished appearance and a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage)
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
